Sunday 15th March 2009 at AMF Bowling Express Wolverhampton

Please try and keep this date off as it should be an excellent day if we have everyone available to bowl!

"Hello all,

As the Finals day has now been booked I can release the details!!

They have booked on Sunday 15th March at AMF Bowling Express Wolverhampton (Birmingham Road, Wolverhampton, WV2 3LW) (the same venue as last year)

Roll off will be at 12noon, the draw will be made at 11:45 so teams will need to be there for around 11:30.

With the big day approaching Ive been told to remind everyone to bring their student ID cards next weekend. If you dont bring them, you will not be able to bowl-they are checking everyone has them at registration. SO PLEASE DO NOT FORGET YOUR STUDENT CARDS ON SUNDAY!!!!!!!

The big day approaches!! Your chance to win a national competition and reaffirm Loughborough's place at the top of student tenpin bowling. I think I've spoken to most people who are in the team about it, but here's the details for confirmation:

AMF Express Wolverhampton at 11:30 Sunday 15th March

The teams are as follows:

A team: Ben, Aiden, Hoddsie and Horney

B team: Pete, Dan, Marcus and Myself

C team: Murcott, Andy, Rob W and Sam

L team: Steph, Joanne, Laura and Rosheen

We'll be meeting at the union (car park) at 10:00. It will cost you nothing to bowl, so I expect to see you all there, and you will need your student ID card.

Any one who can't make it, or has any questions please let me know ASAP. Anyone who isn't in the team is very welcome to come along for support. See you all on Wednesday for practice.

yes, bowling is a very injury prone sport, hitting your leg with the ball, slipping on the lane and hurting your bum. subs are vital!
